John Robertson is a finalist at the Gambol Exhibition

Art League Houston is pleased to announce Gambol, its second annual juried exhibition of artists based in Houston and TexasMary McCleary, 2011 Texas Artist of the Year, curated the main gallery exhibition of paintings, sculptures, drawings and mixed media from the more than 400 submitted artworks. On Friday, December 2nd at 7 PM at the Art League, one artwork will be named by McCleary as the 2011 Gambol for Visual Art. The curated exhibition of finalists and the salon-style display will be open, free to the public, between December 2 – 30, 2011.

Artworks by the following artists are finalists for the 2011 Gambol for Visual Art with its $1,000 cash prize and are exhibited in the main Art League gallery:
